Although we try to be as helpful as we can, we simply don't have the time or resources to offer technical support for Today's Writing Community Staff also work out side of the site and may not be on at all times. Your best bet on getting help with a technical issue regarding Today's Writing Community Site accounts etc, is to post your question to the Forums. We have a large member community, and you'll likely get a faster, more helpful response there than by emailing us directly. In many cases, we will answer a post to the Forum ourselves, but in posting questions to the Forum, other members who might be having the same issues will benefit from reading the responses, and we then don't have to answer the same questions over and over again. It's a win-win situation :)
