Last movie I saw, sadly, goes all the way back to the Russell Crowe remake of Robin Hood - fun action, but subject matter is so rehashed unless you are a major fan of the subject I'd suggest a pass.
Last really GREAT movie I saw was "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly" - French movie about the editor of Elle magazine who suffered a massive stroke that resulted in "trapped in syndrome" - 100% paralyzed except the eyes but fully conscious and aware. He wrote the book by blinking!
Sampling of favorite movies of all times:
Braveheart; Vicki Christina Barcelona; Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind; Dr. Strangelove; The Sting; Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid; 3:10 to Yuma; and OF COURSE - A Clockwork Orange! |

The last good movie I watched was "Invictus" Directed by Clint Eastwood. Morgan Freeman and Matt Damion were just fantastic in their performance. Take some time and give it a look. I doubt that you will be disappointed.
My all time favorite Movie is a very old flick from the 40's starring Bing Crosby and Barry Fitzgerald; it is called "Going My Way" If you wish to watch it you can get it on You Tube _________________

Lol Jon, Clockwork Orange!
It's been so long since I went out to the movies ... does it count if I watched the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy on dvd last Saturday? My favs of all time: LOTR; The Mists of Avalon; Camelot ... is there a pattern here? LOL. |

| Recently saw that movie 127 Hours about the rock climber trapped in the canyon with his arm under the rock, and then cut off his own arm to escape without dying out there alone. Pretty gruesome, but uplifting in many ways! |
