Hi Shawn:
I don't know if this is a glitch in the system or just me or my computer.
Here is what has been happening:
On three (3) separate occasions I found something I needed to change in my recent posts; I clicked on "EDIT" did what I had to do then clicked on "ok" each time the page flipped to: "Sorry this section is under construction, come back and try again later". The following day I went back to try again, and found that my edit did manage to go on correctly, but I had to wait 24 hours to find that out. It confuses me somewhat.
What do you think? is it a glitch or is it normal procedure? _________________

Think I found one for you Shawn
In the "QUOTES" Section ADD RANDOM QUOTE I'm copy and pasting it below:
Add Today's Woman Famous Quotes to your website or Blog.
Every day, a different quotation from Today's Woman Famous Quotes will appear on your webpage or Blog. Simply copy the text from the box below and add it to your web page / Blog template where you would like the daily quotation to appear.
<Begin>
<script></script>
Famous Quotes brought to you by:<br>
<a>Todays-Woman.net</a>

Hello Manyfacets,
Thanks for the heads up, the quote section has been fixed.
As far as the other section when editing a poem or story you may need to refresh the page when you first login as your session isn't resolving with your ISP and the site right away. This should resolve your problems while editing as Rose and I are not experiencing any trouble and so far no other reports of this issue.
If it still persist let me know so we can try and work out another solution.

Thank you so much Shawn
One other question: I was wondering if the Today's Women might confuse a new person since it is now Today's Writing. The "Quotes" is still for actions on the old site. Just curious.
I will try your suggestion with the Edit function. I'm getting a lot of updates lately, and it changes of my computer quite often. I'm still a greeny in that regard. Hate those updates....Smiles Brenda |

Hello Manyfacets,
Actually not anymore as I switched out the code to reflect the new web site URL and dumped the server cache so now it shows this instead...
| Code: |
<Begin>
<script></script>
Famous Quotes brought to you by:<br>
<a>TodaysWriting.com</a>
<End> |
I also took the liberty in rederecting anyone who is sent to the old sites quotes section and send them automatically here to the new websites quotes section using a 301 redirect.

Do you want me to continue alerting you to these picky little things, when I happen to spot them? I'm spending more time here just looking at all the good stuff, and was wonder if it is all that necessary to tell you when I spot the old sites title still there. Smiles B. _________________

I just tried to "edit" my story "Sunday with Victor," every paragraph was reworked so I decided to just "select & delete."
Upon completing this action, I commenced to "copy & paste" the reworked page into the box. When I previewed the new page it was completely scrambled!.
I completed these actions several times, but results were always the same...What am I doing wrong? _________________

No thats the problem using Microsoft Word adds hidden characters inside the editor...
So this what you need to do first,
Do all your edits in Word 2007, then copy and paste the completed document into Notepad to ensure it doesnt add any wierd span class from Word 2007...
Then copy it from notepad and paste it into the editor then go ahead submit it...
